Paypal keeps switching to the old interface

Hi Everyone,

I am having issues with the PayPal interface. For some reason, my account keeps switching back to the classic interface which is very annoying.

Anyone know how to make PayPal stay on the new interface or if it will swap back on its own?

is this happening to anyone else?

Yes it seems to go back and forth once in a while, a couple weeks ago any account i created would automatically be in classic interface and labeled a premier account. But than would switch over to the new view the next day.

I never had any account stuck in classic view more than a day. I like the new interface but theres a lot i like about the classic view, probably because thats the interface that i started with a few years back

I doubt theres anything that can be done, these are glitches that Paypal's programmers are working out

I have thought that certain pages show in classic view, while others are in the new view. For instance, doing advanced searches in your transaction history may display in classic view.

I don't know for sure if this is true, I just thought that I had noticed that it may be the correlation.

It would be great if PayPal stuck to one or the other.. they're sure taking their time switching things over.

Click on the "help" button, and that usually changes the interface

You can call 1-888-221-1161 and connect with the technical department and ask them to manually switch you back.
