That's very strange of Entropay. A US funding method is the only way I top up my entropy cards. My debit card is MasterCard too. Maybe you should try to speak to someone else.

Yes, but you are topping up USA Entropay cards, most likely. The OP wants to to up an EU Mastercard. Entropay has all kinds of weird rules.

That is true, but if you top up using a credit card it works just fine. And it is not the majority of banks that don't like Entropay, most banks are fine with any funds transfer agreement as long as it is properly initiated. It is just a small minority of uptight banks that don't like it.
5 years already not using entropay and very happy about that. Weirdest company ever. One day works, another not, what was good yeasterday, today is not recommended, but will be ok tomorrow, and so on, and so on...
