got this from google site :

" You shipped the order to the buyer's postal address (as specified in the Google Checkout Merchant Centre or the Google Checkout API call) according to the postal or delivery method and timeframe agreed upon when the order was placed. "

i don't know what they mean "buyer's postal address", this could be not the card billing address

^^^^^^^^^^^^
You are correct.
With Google Checkout the buyer has the ability to input the Billing address as well as a shipping address.
The seller only see the 1 address....
The address to ship to.

updated !!!

got this from google staff :

" Thank you for your reply.

I can confirm that the billing and shipping addresses can be different on
orders depending on what the buyer chooses. The payment guarantee policy
will be applicable to all orders which have it specified under the buyer
verification tab.

The Payment Guarantee Policy offers guaranteed reimbursement to merchants
for unwarranted chargebacks for all Google Checkout transactions that
Google considers eligible. "

this is best info ever, i will leave paysuck right away

xenmao, Read that last line very carefully. 'transactions that GOOGLE considers eligible. What do you know about their resolution procedures? Not that good.
Make a few more enquiries B4 deciding Google is better than paypal. Each have their faults.

XEMNAO

Noone can ever tell you what "eligible " means, because that is purposely left vague...

Every entity needs to leave itself some discretionary latitude to decide these things.

If they told you exactly all the variables that go into their fraud-detection model, then you'd be dancing circles around their policy.

The way I see it, you cannot trash either PP or GCO, you need to use both , to diversify, to spread your risk and money around, so you have smaller amounts going thru each account

James & sick are both correct. Use pp or gco as best you can. It is a seller's business to
work with any party that makes them money
