First time to use a USA stealth account. I have some american buyers and fees are lower this way. The problem is that I am selling intagible items...
So ... in Europe in order to lift the 21 holds i need to make 10 sales and keep money as pending for 60 days....
but in USA is strange... they I don't see a days progress bar... they just told me "21 days"... and that i need to confirm my idenity to get 1000$ each month without holds.
Can somebody explain me how are the holds in USA? any way to avoid it like I do in Europe?

The payment holds can be shortened by shipping everything with tracking. But since you are selling intangibles, you won't be able to do that.
If you have a good selling history after 3 months Paypal will probably allow you to start receiving instant payments. Until then there's not much you can do.
