Paypals long wait due to weather conditions

You figure Paypal being as big as they are would have call centers all over the place. Ive had to call twice today just for simple adjustments and the waits been 45+ min! Ive never waited more than 5 minutes for an agent.

The CA number was eBays.

UPDATE: I was able to watch two who tv shows, brush my teeth, and take a shower. As soon as I walked back to my phone the rep came on. Approx 58 minute wait. Ill wait until tomorrow to make another call.
