VCCs for withdrawing pp

Which services offer VCCs|prepaid cards to receive funds from pp acc to them ?
I know services like entropay and greendot giving such vccs. Actually i already made VCC in last one. I have UK, US and IT stealth accounts, so i want to know which VCC i may link to these accounts to withdraw pp balance.

Entropay should be working with UK accounts (though currently users occasionally reported slight problems with entropay cards). Don't know if it will work for IT and US accounts. Maybe some other members will elaborate on that.

Hi, welcome to the forum.

You can't withdraw to card with US and UK PayPal only to local or US bank account.

ilcarletto - am I right in saying for the OP's needs the Postepay card still works to withdraw to from .IT accounts or was that blocked after New Year?

I know SKRILL cards can work for withdrawing in countries that allow VCC/prepaid withdrawals, however I think there was a mention a couple of countries had issues.

You are right vetus, Postepay cards and accounts do work with PayPal and I think they always will. It is one of the most popular card/account in here.

I strongly doubt OP can get one of those cards if he is not physically here. They are issued by the post office and you have to fill a form and have a valid ID. I do not know if you need to be an IT citizen...

Never tryed SKRILL on PayPal I guess it should work. To be tested.

May i use virtual Bank accounts for US and UK pp ? I saw some shops offering these accounts, but seems they intended for verification only not withdrawals to them.

Opening a US bank account can only be possible if you are residence of US or having a business/Visit visa. You must have to be present in the branch at the time of opening account.

You can open a US bank account without being a resident or having a VISA. Chances are you would have to either put in a massive deposit with say a bank like HSBC, or visit the US in person.
