Add bank to paypal account

I got a security check to days and honestly i could access my phone number .
I just want to add my bank account and withdraw funds . 180days now ending .
Any suggestion .. Many thank .

I do received email explained about withdraw.
Right now i couldnt access original phone number to verify and add my bank account .
Details :
PAYPAL US.
Bank : BOA .

I couldnt access my phone number .
And yes it US accounts.
I'm at the end of 180 days and do received an email .
When tried to add my bank account , It stopped me to that and i got security check. Any recommendation ?
