how do I verify my VCC in paypal?

I added my VCC and it doesn't asked me to confirm it with a code or anything. Now the card is added there...

My bank account, after adding it, paypal asks me to confirm it by entering a amount it deposits to my bank account....but the VCC has no such option for me to confirm.

I am confused.
