"Your PayPal Funds are Eligible..." Urgent Questions

I made this account a long time ago (2011), and used it last year and received $200~ for selling something, but it got limited (i.e. I can not send or request money, receive payments, add funds to my account, or close my account) and I've just received an email a week ago saying "Your PayPal Funds are Eligible for Withdrawal". The thing is, the account is not linked to no cards/banks and the name, number, and address, although in the US, are stealth. And I did not use a different IP or anything like that. If I were to link my bank account to the account to transfer the funds, would that work with no extra needed "steps" to receive the money

Yes you can link your bank account and just withdraw it it will be easy and no issue at all

Depends on the bank. Remember not all bank work for mismatched name

Has this account got the original phone number attached?

More importantly, you need to be sure the bank account you want to use has never been used on paypal before.

Some users have problems getting their funds. You need to be aware of this.
