People in here suggest to use VPN not VPS.
It seems that 24Vc is quite popular and professional.

I suggest also to use virtual machine like VirtualBox or Wmware to set up all those things.

I just find a rdp way easier than a VPN because you just log on thats what I am looking for opposed to doing a whole bunch of unecessary stuff for 24vc

Personally, VPN or VPS, it doesn't really matter as far as eBay/PayPal goes.
The quality of the service provider DOES matter though.. and personally I haven't had any trouble with 24vc because IPs are dedicated if you order that plan. What you really need is a Dedicated IP address and you'll be fine.

VPN doesnt seem secure to me. I prefer VPS, it's more reliable and you can't make any mistake (forget to login to your vpn, not possible with a vps).
VPS is the royal way to do things I think.

VPS is the royal way to do things I think. | That's not really the case at all, if you setup a simple firewall rule you can make it so that the web browser will not have any internet access if the VPN is not connected, thus making it fully secure and not possible to make any mistakes in terms of not being connected to the vpn. How to Block non-VPN Traffic | 24vc
And while a VPS will limit you to managing one stealth account at a time, with VPNs combined with VMware you can easily multi-task with several stealth accounts all at the same time. Not to mention that many VPS are extremely slow and often unresponsive

Also, why would I want to use a Windows System that I personally didn't setup. At least with VMWare you can setup multiple different OS and install whatever you need. I don't use VPN a lot but I use a MIFI which allows me to be portable. I can stealth from anywhere I go.

VPS is the royal way to do things I think. | It's personal preference. Either way, VPN or VPS are both fine in most cases.
