My PayPal is Limited & want Suppliers Info. Any1 wanna help?

I have a limited PayPal and eBay linked that is my REAL info. I was selling broken xBoxes and fixed xBoxes, I think the main reason is selling a high volume of "copied" GPS DVD's.

The problem is I obviously I do not have a supplier for the DVD's and the xBoxes were bought off of eBay broken as well as locally through craigslist. Is anyone willing to HELP get this limit off OR can send or tell me where to get an invoice template? I just want my accounts back and the money that is stuck able to be sent to my bank account before 180 days! Thanks in advance!
