Why doesnt paypal like me?

ok so i purchased my account it is 100% verrified with bank account attached and confirmed buisness account ( no cc). it has google voice attached. it is a pretty new account ( within 3 months) and i admit to be selling a few high risk items. however there has not been an issue with ebay and paypal limits so far only issue is with paying with paypal nothing seems to go thru. i am mostly buying gift cards and i know it is also high risk but my account has identity confirmation so im not sure why they dont like me :( suspicious ass paypal. i am buying low ammounts to no avail. any one have any tips to save this balance from sales? its not limited yet but i feel like they want to since they wont let me purchase

Add your own bank account for withdraws, it's no biggie.

Bank account is stealth also under same name but cannot make transfers out unless its another account with same owner. am i dunzo here?
