 New Bank Account Verification issues
Just looking for any feedback to my current situation.
I am using a stealth account, it's a month old exactly when this happened. When trying to add the new bank account it asks for phone verify. I added my actual new cell # and confirmed it, but it doesn't show up as an option to verify the bank account. I deleted the original number used to open the account because I didn't have the physical phone. So no numbers show up for verification. And when trying to add a new number during the bank account process it says this number is not shown as registered to you.
The bank I used is PNC, and everything I've read still suggests they are good to go. I did however open up the "virtual wallet" account with them. It's an all online account with attached card. I opened this account in the bank.
I already tried going through the Paypal classic site same results.
Question:
Should I go in to the bank and change this account to a normal checking account?
I've read on a couple forums here that waiting a few days then trying again might work.. is that possible?
I also read that I may have to wait up to a few months for the new confirmed phone number to show up for bank verification... anyone had luck with this?
I don't mind waiting, I just don't want to get my account limited for trying to add bank account too many times...
