Default Paypal limited after signing up?

Hi i have a question.
Is it normal for a Paypal account to be limited after sign up?
Maybe because i have not added a credit card or bank account yet?

Most probably they linked your account with some previously suspended one.

It depends how you created the account.

It sounds like PayPal found something fishy about your account creation and automatically limited the account.

How did you create the account?

I created using a VPN.
Same name different address though.

I got an email of them asking for my license or passport in order to restore the account.
That isn't normal huh.

This is basically the email i received:

"We're sorry, but we cannot restore full access to your account until we receive additional information. Please provide a copy of each of the following items:

- Your driver's license or passport. Please make the copy as large and as light as possible."

Overly abused VPN's will not work.

VPN is likely overused and abused - learn stealth and use normal IP and UNLINKED steps OP

Sadly that is not good stealth.

Always better to use nothing linked to old banned info.

Try to make sure nothing links you.

Good Luck.

If your going VPN, go with 24vc or a different option such as your own local IP or VPS.

No you would have to change your modem's ip can try resetting it, if you manage multiple stealth accounts then would have to note each ip change to make sure you don't use repeats on multiple accounts.

But yes using a VPN is perfectly fine, you just picked a bad company that gave you an abused ip address. You need to get a Dedicated IP address from a reliable company, and then you would have no issues using a VPN

Because using a mismatched IP for a foreign Paypal account will get it limited real easily.
