How to get VCC to verify Hong Kong PayPal account?

Hi all! I have been trying to get a Virtual Credit card to verify my Hong Kong PayPal account. I looked at both paypalvcc.com and virtual-cc.com, they only accept Perfect Money or OK Pay as the payment methods. I have created both Perfect Money or OK Pay account but I still need to add money to them through wire transfer.

Are there any easier ways to get a VCC? Can I just pay it via my credit card instead of creating other accounts then pay?

A very easy way to get a working VCC is to get one from one of the authorized selleres in the marketplace
