Would it help to open Paypal Business Account

OK, Q= first i dont mean to be redundant about questions, but here i go with one. Can anyone tell me if i can open a business account separate - but connected to my years old(18 years) that is in good standing, never a problem with it and moving 20-30k/m though in the past. And then open a new ebay account, will it cause problems with a new eBay account. My original ebay account was forever restricted ( i admit it guys, its my own fault last summer, late shipments). but could i salvage anything with the use of this account in any way. gathering info here if anything would work like this, i dont want to jump the gun and mess this account up by approaching this clueless. i already have several stealth accounts that i have created successfully by following the stealth guide. Thanks ahead of time for any good input.

As what I do know, PayPal allow every legit person to open a Personal and a Business Account. So I presume it is 100% safe. Of course, the usual rules apply when using our PP accounts if you are making it stealth.
