Default Suspicious Ioffer Payment

I have just received a payment for some mp4 which totals over $500. The problem is that he did not use ioffer checkout instead he paid me directly to my paypal account. Also he did not give his address when paying. He sent me a message tell me this:

I payd by PayPal. But I transfered the money for only 4 MP4 Player.
So please send me only 4 MP4 player 16gb:
My PayPal mail was: sauerlatex@yahoo.de

Please send me all items to my company address:

Denis Wagner
Street: Wettersteinstrasse. 76
City/ 90471 Nuernberg
Tel. +49 16352548741

Also his registered name is different that this address. His paypal account is also not confirmed. He has also purchased other expensive items from ioffer. He bought lots of quantity of other goods. What should I do?

Scam alert! If it were me... I wouldn't send anything.. and just wait a couple days to see what the payment does.. most likely it'll be held.

I'm not sure. He told me that he will send proof of business. He said that his business moved.

I agree with Aspkin.

I had a similar situation with one of my craigslist ads. The scammer pulled my email from the ad, and sent a spoof PayPal message to me. The fact that it's outside of the country leads me to believe this is your case.

The Payment Received emails look just like the real ones, but don't come from PayPal. If the from address doesn't read @paypal.com, it's probably a spoof. You can actually get spoof info at the PayPal website.

PLEASE NOTE: If you clicked on any of the links in the email, I would CALL PAYPAL ASAP, forward the email to spoof@paypal.com, and change your password. These spoof emails contain phishing links, and the sender can obtain personal information from your computer.

Then again; if your PayPal account is a "stealth" account, you might no want to call them.

Just my thoughts...
Sevn

Scam. I am sure that email address will turn out to be bogus. Take the advice of aspkin &
sevnsin, do not do a transaction.

He is sending me proof of business. I might refund him. Also all the emails were real since I checked on my ioffer account.

So what? Well designed paperwork can still be a scam. I understand $500 is a lot of bucks:
why risk losing it? Wait a few more days like aspkin said. Look at the case then.
btw, have you phoned him? Could be a phone number to the local Zoo. See his email address is funny. It is the name of a company that deals in medical equipment. Thise paperwork relates to fashion gear. Still does not sound good, imo.

Yeah, I will wait a couple more days. It loos like the guy is more geared down to fashion. I will wait 7 days.
