Pay Pal limiting account with what turnover?

Does Anybody know How much turnover you can have in a Pay Pal account before being limited?. There has been prevous talk about Pay Pal limiting your account when your reach a certain turnover also does this apply to Ebay, will Ebay look at your account based on your turnover?.

It's based on daily limits. I'm not sure specifically the numbers though.
