Getting close to 20k limit nd need some good advice regarding EIN and upgrading

So Im getting close to the 20k limit and i will have to provide ssn. Now my account is under my real info but like 8 years ago I had another paypal account in my name with a SSN that went bad

Now I need some advice...

Should i provide my real SSN again? Since it have been a long time will paypal still even have that record?

Does paypal match the SSN to the name of the ssn? Do they use a database?

Now from what i hear another option is to upgrade to a business account and provide a EIN before the limit correct? Do paypal match the EIN to the actual name on the EIN?

When I upgrade to a business account I will have to provide a business name, so does that mean I have to make a new bank account so the deposits of paypal match the name on the bank account or just use a EIN with a name the same as the name on bank account?

What sucks is when i try to register a new EIN sole proprietor it says i already have one registered which i did a decade ago which i think i used a business name. Can i change the name on that EIN with IRS to a name that matches the name on my paypal?

If I provide EIN now, why I still get the limit at 20k?

If you want to use your old EIN then when upgrading use the old business name.
