Hi guys,
I'm wondering what is different between log in to Paypal account by using Bluestacks and Paypal app? I see everyone says that login to Paypal app is very danger for stealth account. How about on Bluestacks?

if you observe stealth rules on bluestacks, it will work. paypal will look at it as unique device.
