Default I have a Paypal Acct in a Bogus name....

Hi opened a paypal acct and ebay acct in a bogus name and address - I used my actual bank acct to link to paypal - I was making purchases via echeck from my bank to paypal to suppliers - All the sudden my acct get limited about 2 months after I opened these - Only problem is I had $1100 dollars "pending" to be received by the suppliers but when Paypal limited my acct they canceled all transactions I was sending money too. So now I have $1100 sitting in Paypal that was taken from my BANK acct. How do I get this back? if I wait 180 days how do I get the money back?

What was the reason for limiting your account? Have you tried contacting PayPal?

PayPal will release your funds after the 180 days regardless, you'll be able to withdraw it to your bank account.

Your funds shouldn't be held if that was all you were doing, usually PayPal holds funds to cover their ass.

So as long as I keep my bank account open I will be able to withdrawl after 180 days..

They wont try and have me verify anything right?

nope, you will get an email on the 180th day or a few days before saying you can now withdraw funds to your account.. you withdraw your money, you part ways with them

Is there anyway a Bank can get the transactions reversed in a similar way that a Credit Card could? if I say the transactions were not authorized?

Yeah, they can but it's more of a pain to do it. It was for me at least, but they do chargebacks too, or whatever you call it.

I had to go to the bank directly and talk to them about it... instead of simply calling about it like a credit card..

At least for the bank I was doing business with.

If you just wanted to pay your supplier via your bank account you should've just created a REAL paypal buyer's account. If you venture into the seller's paypal account then you'll be limited but buyer's account is safe.
