Default Stupidest reason to get banned ever?!

So I did a transaction with this woman and sold her an item. She said it was ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and wanted money back. I of course agreed. I sent her an email saying I will pay her back when I get the jeans from her. 2 days later she leaves a neg and files a claim with paypal without saying anything! So she got to keep the jeans, and get her money back!

I was really pissed so I was going to ban her from ebay, but I forgot that I have her info on my paypal, and went ahead and asked ebay to mail me her info . Guess what? Suspended for abusing ebay! X@)+$@#@HB$!

I was thinking of calling them and saying that I was looking up info for another buyer, do you think there is any chance they will believe me? The account is about 2 months old, 15 feedback :(

why did you ask ebay to mail you her info when you could have just looked in your email for her email address and in ebay by clicking "view order details"....... bad move buddy

Paypal wont give her the funds until she proves she sent the item back to you..

Just tell them you were looking t contact her to resolve the issue and hope she would remove the negative feedback from your profile

First, whenever someone files a Paypal claim and you are clearly in the wrong, simply click to resolve the claim by offering a refund if they return the item. In this way, you get your merchandise back and you are only our your shipping....

Second, why are you selling these???? Remember, this forum does not support this....

You should have escalated the PayPal claim yourself and a clicked the option to refund upon return (I think thats what it is?) PayPal would have made her return them and prove it arrived before refunding her the money.

You did have time. You should have gone to paypal first to let them know how upset you were & wanted to make good the terrible misunderstanding between you and the buyer. But you mucked around getting details about the buyer that you should have had at your fingertips. Hence ebay suspended, paypal limited. YOU, my young Padawan must be in control.
I have read your other posts & the way you are going, anything you make again will likely be lost as well. Take a breather, read thro' stealth & the forum.
It is clearly laid out how to succeed.

Thanks GreenBean, although I think it's kinda harsh to say anything I make will be lost again, I only made this mistake because I was infuriated and wanted to ban her right away! I am usually a lot more careful.

Better I am harsh if that helps you to never lose an account again. That was a headsup to be in control of what you do with ebay/paypal. I speak from bad dealings. I lost it with a buyer & it cost me an account.
