Can I just use sub accounts in my bank account to verify or what other cards can I get that will work?
Also do I need credit card and bank account for low selling account to get by?

It is always good practice to verify the paypal account with bank prior to selling - cc increases security and helps to increase limits (sending) but isn't mandatory...
