EBay Phone Verification

Hi

I understand ebay asks user to verify phone number when a user tries to sell on ebay. Is it possible to verify phone number before requesting to sell? I want to verify my phone number right when I create the account.

I really dont know about verifying prior to selling, i always get the request to get a Verifying code at posting of first item for sale. Anyone else tried to verify without selling?

There no option for verifying eBay on the moment you create eBay account. Phone verification comes later
