Will I win this dispute? What is the likely outcomne?
Will I win?
Basically I sold a person an electronic item (phone) 2 months ago. When they got it they described it as freezing and slow and not up to par for their needs. I do believe it was user error for the way the phone was acting, maybe a bad app, buyer damage it, etc, because I never had the problems. But, the buyer opened a Ebay dispute and we agreed to a partial refund for the buyer to keep the item, partially refunded and buyer closed ebay dispute and was happy to get money back and keep the phone
Fast forward this week 2 months later the same buyer did a paypal **Not as described** dispute stating the same thing plus also saying that they tried to resolve the issue with me but I never responded or help (which is a lie, because we solved it via the ebay dispute). I noted in the dispute/claim the above^ and how we agreed to a refund and how the Ebay dispute was closed

Will I be able to win this dispute since we already resolved the buyer issue by partial refund via Ebay dispute?

Also will the buyer have to return the item before they are issue a refund if they win the dispute? I see a option for item return via dispute steps
