Could not find this answer. Do american VBAs work with any other countries paypals except canadian for verification???

Uncle sam likes to keep money in country so I assume it might work with european paypals.

It doesn't work - you'll come across a PayPal error.

EU VCC's for funds or a corresponding country bank account. Most countries accept a US bank aswell. All the info is on the PayPal site on how and where you can withdraw funds to

EDIT: Thai cards work well as well to withdraw
