paypal delay...?

I noticed since 2 days ago, when I created new paypal I cauld not link it to ebay, but after 12 hours from creating this new paypal I cauld link it normally to ebay!!! anyone experince this!?

Perhaps best way is to analyze ALL the steps you took - also platform of paypal is important...which paypal country you using?

tbis is why I am asking, maybe it is tome ti change my plab, i just want to make sure it is not new rule, thanks

Have you tried to create an account since?

I haven't seen any new reports of delayed accounts but bugs/errors/issues pop up from time to time ..

I think its an paypal glitch on the country i am using to open paypal, i will try different countries, and update, mean while i will be greatfull if someone just opened new paypal anf ebay will share with us if he faced any issues
