Buyer opens eBay case, is closed found on seller's favor.
Buyer reopens eBay case and wants to return item, he does not and looses the case.
Buyer files a charge-back w/ credit card company, and looses case after Paypal confirmed they had authorized the payment.
Buyer files case for other reasons and case is closed, next day PayPal approves buyer Appeal - 3 days later Wins case!
Thank you PayPal., you're just garbage. Sales was for $350. |

You need to call them and ask to review it again, providing all evidences from your ebay, and lost pp case, all the item descriptions, tracking numbers and so on. IF you loose a case, it does not mean it is final.

muzzie is right - you do have to continue with another round of appeals with all your proof behind you.

I'm going to call today, not sure what other proof he could've presented I mean, what can you probably say after all of this. It is too obvious to anyone.
Four cases were closed after they found no evidence nothing got delivered, only to appeal and win. Even a 'unauthorized transaction' which he lie about, you cannot lie about this things and after several closed cases he gets to have the money and item.

So, if some retarded rep did an obviously wrong decision - call them again and again, until you get a rep that is able to dig and to investigate, and you WILL win it.

I just got off the phone with them and here's what they said.
It shows the buyer complaint on eBay, that he did not received their item, when the tracking showed up delivered he changed the claim to "non-described item" and that it happens a lot, "people make mistakes".
What about the charge-back, he said it was surely a mistake on their part, he probably selected the wrong reason for the dispute. He said mistakes are made, specially for first time disputes, or people disputing for their first time.
Al this sound like a total BS, PayPal just wants to favor the buyer regardless of the evidence.
By the way the eBay messages only show, I said, I was going to look into it with the postal service and get back to him, or refund him if this was made in error. Then when he opened the return request, he failed to return the item, isn't that a b...

They had to call a ton of times and keep presenting the requisite evidence over and over for Paypal to finally close the case. When it comes to sellers, Ebay treats them like scammers when in fact, on both sides of the fence you have scammers. One of the reps admitted to me about a month back that Paypal and Ebay need to revamp their whole system. As the others stated - raise hell.
