perm limited after 4yrs few questions

i had a business paypal account for 4yrs, i was recently perm limited for violating user agreement.

im gonna get 2 stealth paypal accounts and access them via 2 seperate vps/rdp

my issue however is, my paypal was linked to my site via api.

im wondering if changing my domain name an link one of the stealth accounts to it via api. how long it would last.. would like it to last for at least a year.

my other question is i was recommended to use a payment gateway but the only ones my software on my sites uses all denied my application, one my paypal was closed i linked stripe to the site an that was closed within 3 weeks. ive read about using a differnet domain to checkout an i just dont get that personally nor how it would be done.

if anyone could answer a few of these or give me feedback id greatly appreciate it
