Default Account review OMARCP ??

I had this one account for a few weeks but only started selling 1 week ago. In fact, today should have been my pay out day, since my 7 day auction were going to close. I was selling porn on it, and never violated anything.

It appears they done this over night.

A) One 1 cent eBook has been ended, and feedback removed he left for me. Which brings it to a total of 2 feedbacks removed from me because those 1 cent sellers seem to be having problems.

B) My Account was put under review. They also call it account suspension. Notification of Limited Account Access OMARCP.

C) All my listings were canceled.

D) All my bids that I made to 18 or so 1 cent items were canceled. (But feedback I received and left still stands)

Now I am required to log into PayPal, and provide bank account and social security number. How cute.

I'm done with that account, no?

The good thing this time is that they didn't link me. The bad thing is that they got my tail, as it appears that way. Each time my pay day comes close it seems my account gets suspended. I'm either listing too much (20) or those 1 cent items get me????

I'll try again, but this time to 1 cent feedback. I don't need it anyway. No need for buy it now in porn, can even set your feedback to private.

You're done with the account. :(

And stop buying 1 cent items, that's killing you.

I got this same thing AFTER they called me on the phone. Got a $400 payment, they called me, told them i was gonna ship within 2 days, account review person said he was going to limit the account and limitation would be removed after adding tracking number, he would send me email stating this. Well me not being STUPID, checked for the email, they want SSN # and tracking number. Non Vero Item, 3 week old paypal account connected to a 2 year old ebay account that was recently reinstated. Did a test, sent out an empty box, put the tracking number in, no automatic un-suspension like he said, so i guess the jokes on them, minus the $2 it cost to send the empty box!

I've found you can't just start selling high amount items and accepting PayPal until you've had the PayPal account a while and payment & shipments have established that you are a reliable seller. That's my experience anyway.

Really hillarious thing is that they want $8.45 in fees for items that never ended because they all got removed.

My card has 2 cents on it.

I sent them an email, have a feeling we will go round and round about it, maybe will get it lifted. Will only see in time. Interesting thought though, could ebay/paypal possibly be phasing in some sort of income reporting system to provide to big brother? Think about it, ebay income, paypal receipts, SSN#? Could a 1099 to file taxes be where they are going with this? One other note, now my pre 11/2007 accounts recently reinstated that have low feedback (less than 10) are now required to accept paypal/merchant account. So the GOLDEN pre 11/2007 accounts will be not so shiny now....hummmm modee

in 2011 any paypal account that does 20,000/month in sales gets reported to the irs. I came across that when i was searching for help with my paypal problems.

Default This is Easy Cheesey

Steps to avoid most all PayPal / eBay problems - Hope this helps!
(it may be posted in the wrong spot if so someone just copy and paste elsewhere please) I do not post much so do not know?

INITIAL STEPS / Walkthrough:
Create Moneybookers.com account - CALL THEM!! to set up 2 day deposits!
Create PayPal account.
Create Your eBAy account.

A fresh start is always best! In my experience, it does not hurt your sells! Only limits the amount of items you can sell at a time. But, with many accounts who cares? Even then Later you can kill off those other accounts using this method and have less work to do! Until they find a cure for this....

Use moneybookers.com as your accepted payment method through the new eBay account or old, whichever!
You will receive the majority of your funds through them!
DO NOT LINK PAYPAL TO EBAY!!!

To take care of those customers who wish to pay with PayPal here are the steps:

1:Make the sell

2. Create a Goods / Services Request through PayPal - USE THE ITEM NAME AND NUMBER FROM EBAY IN THE TITLE EVERY TIME - "throws off buyers" they are less likely to know they are not paying through the eBay checkout after logging into PayPal.

3:Send EBAY invoice with THE PAYPAL LINK YOU CREATED -PASTED- in eBays invoice. You can also send by email or by ebay mail - do not use the eBay accept PayPal radial Button that would defeat the whole purpose!

4. Get your money by Paypal! No worry about account closure / 21 Day Hold - Never Linked!

SERVICES:
We as sellers should all start using this and start PHASING OUT PayPal with eBay, as their radical screw the seller way sucks and they WILL report over 20k a month to IRS as well, all the laws they have hammered down lately - 21 day hold is most ridiculous. That is just some of the problems.

Moneybookers does not - Paymate does not. Simply because they are not US based

Paymate is a bit more tricky to use as everything has to be paid in AUD not USD and it is not really worth the conversion hassle and having it actually get into your US bank account. Just don't use it until they get the US side of things figured out. I hear they are working on doing that now.

eGay:
As you Know if you mess up with eBay and they suspend the account you still cannot sell however, it is easy to just start another eBay account to sell literally no hassle as long as you have a prepaid card to use for their verification! Or you can continue to do the tried and tested routine of having multiple accounts and now it is easier than ever to keep more multiples and still only use the same PayPal account with using this Moneybookers workaround but you will need to set up multiple moneybookers as well. I would suggest no more than 2 - 3 at a time.

YOUR CARD:
Try netspend.com for the prepaid card side of things as they actually give you a Bank account for direct deposits (works well with PayPal and Moneybookers) as long as you don't withdraw money from the checking account side of the card -wont work (which is good if you don't want a bad customer to take money from you ;c) if you get my drift!. You can also literally make 100's of these cards under your own name even! Easier than chase since no credit checks are required. And since it is prepaid, easy tax evasion err I mean well its just easier ;c)
I am also going to put a link to netspend so you can see for yourself! Just add the refering code and they will even give you 5 bucks free. Eh saves you 5 Bucks not a big deal but HEY ITS 5 bucks!??
To redeem:

1. Visit www.mynetspendcard.com to purchase your card online or search for a nearby retailer at netspend.com
2. Once you receive your card in the mail call the number on the back to activate it, provide your referral code, and get a $5 credit to your Account

Just use THIS CODE TRUST ME IT IS WORTH IT! Cuz it costs 10 bucks to make the account ready! BUT WELL WORTH THE COSTS. Dont have to worry about getting money taken from your bank account this way plus they have free text alerts and junk. just worth it!

REFERRAL CODE: 3509745339

Oh yeah you don't need to call to activate the card you can just do it on the site. BUT DONT LINK THE CARD TO PAYPAL UNTIL YOU ACTIVATE THE CARD I SCREWED UP ONCE DOING THIS AND I COULDNT USE IT WITH PAYPAL ANYMORE SO WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME!!!

No credit application. No Bills. No hidden fees.
*Limit one referral credit per card activation. Credit amount subject to change at any time for any reason. Copyrights NetSpend Corporation 2001-2009.

YOUR COMPUTER:

USE A MAC SPOOF TO SET UP AND USE OTHER EBAY ACCOUNTS. Just change the MAC address with spoof software each time you get ready to log into / set up a different account. It is always best to actually keep a separate set MAC for ea account so that eBay does not get suspicious of your account being logged in from so many work stations. Find a spoof that will allow you to specify the MAC address on your own and will generate a new one as well if needed. Keep a simple spreadsheet with your eBay account ID and the MAC of ea one handy so you can just copy and paste your way to victory over these bloodsuckers!!!

MoneyBookers does link with eBay but the hassle of getting money out of them for your sales when you have a brand new account is none! There is no wait when you set up the account (except for about two or 3 days until it clears your bank) My netspend accounts since prepaid hit the same day they deposit so no weekly waits.

I wouldn't link the named moneybookers account to your Stealth account, just for obvious reasons I mean it is stealth for a reason correct? Keep it that way. Simply Make more moneybooker accounts. Set up some chase or netspend cards through the link I posted wait a week to get your card I would ACTUALLY suggest going ahead and setting up three different cards at once so they all get to you at the same time :c) Use the referral code on the post too, if you don't it will cost you 30 to set up all three if you use the code its only 15 - 5 ea! And its a well worth the 15! (they don't take it from you unless you have money deposited) (and keep track of which account goes with which card when you get it. If you try to set up another accounts card for wrong one it does not work so well ;c)) If you really want to go stealthy than use different addresses everytime you set a new MoneyBooker / eBay account up as well. That will help alot and raise less eyebrows. You can even use other names as well.

PayPal does come in handy with having so many accounts as well lets say you do not want to carry that many cards on you at the same time. You can just keep your PayPal debit and have the other cards as your back up funding source when making purchases! And it will cost less to pull money off your cards as well at ATM's as with all prepaids that is quite pricey.

- I am going to be closing or (stop) using an account that was closed yesterday due to a dumb buyer trying to return an item that I did not send. Basically they pulled the switch a roo. And eBay suspended as they where smart and said all the right suff! Such as this is a knockoff when it was not.

Instead of messing with the suspension through trust and safety as this guy ended up causing to happen - it is more easy and stress free to set up new accounts! And I will keep the refund this jack off is trying to get for a good item. Also just takes way less time! Well, if you save your listings in HTML like I do. The re-posting always take the longest!

Aslo if you are careful enough you may be able to link old moneybookers accounts back to new eBay accounts after about 3-6 months - just do not ever log back into your old (EBAY) accounts let them sit, they eventually fall off (the linked moneybookers will not be linked basically). Don't try using the Ebay account again though, as its obviously rubbish if you go neg. just like a PayPal account then you have to re verify everything and is a huge long drawn out hassle of faxes and paperwork and sending money orders or cashier checks in the mail and more waiting. Just not worth it and you keep the money.

So with all this said if you can set up 3 accounts - it is not hard with moneybookers. Then 3 good prepaid cards that have direct deposit like I do with netspend. Just try to keep an account in good standing for at least 2 months at a time - you can literally rotate them in and out and never be take the time to do set up another account / of course this bug will probably be fixed eventually! (only been busted once and just closed the moneybookers account immediatley after ;c))

Honestly if criminals where on average more intelligent. They could literally make a living on ripping off eBay all together. With the right software ip/mac spoofers address lists a few uh umm "free" street corners or uh wireless access points. And a bit of know how it would be almost impossible to get the criminal. IF they did EVERYTHING correctly from setting up the prepaid cards to moneybookers to paypal and ebay accounts.
And if you think about it - it's not hard, eBay has 100's of people on a daily basis just quit! Fall off the face of the earth? If someone wants a refund or the item did not get to them in the mail those with 1 or 2 feedback could care less and walk out the room a few hundred more even this is IF they actually sent an item eBay makes the customer send it back before refunding the money anyhow so the criminal gets to keep the money and the product in the end!
And what does eBay do? Nothing, send a bill for the most part... which goes to no one if done right. Sell two iPhones a week? PSSH thats 1200 a week! If I was not so honest and had a guilty conscious I would do it!! You know you would too! 2 to 3 months of this and you are set for a year on living expenses but I suppose you would get greedy though and get caught. I know I would.

---------------------------
Also to answer the other question I received yes you can just set up a money request, this is what I am talking about - Now if you get a prick buyer they can and possibly will report you for trying to complete a transaction outside of eBay. If that happens your (EBAY only) account may get shut down or may not depending on how you talk to the reps. AND Will still have a good standing PayPal account TOO! EBAY ACCOUNTS ARE A DIME A DOZEN! EASY TO SET UP AND EASY TO BE A SELLER. Sometimes they like to verify a debit or credit card before selling but that is where the prepaid cards come in handy once again! Either way if you have this new knowledge and use Moneybookers you are still good to go!

lbarllcodel, I'd heard moneybookers requires your social to work with eBay now.

In addition, moneybookers's rules say only one account per person and to top it off, they only let you ever have 5 email addresses total and you can only disable them, not remove, so once the 5 are used up, the account is useless.

On the same token eBay only allows to have 1 account per person? But does that stop anyone?
I have no trouble using multiples without using a SS#? Anyone else not able to use without using an SSN? As I just skip the step and use other verification methods.
