Paypal Temporary Limited (Need Help)

Hi guys,
I am new to this forum, I hope that someone will guide me.

My account is from UAE

two days before my PayPal account was temporary limited, and they don,t tell the reason, in the resolution center they asked to provide the name verification, I did it.

after I received another email from paypal, saying we need a little more information, I checked again the resolution center this time they asked to change security question, confirmation credit card, proof of address etc.

I did change the secret question, confirm the card, but i don,t have any way to verify proof of address, I am from Pakistan but working in the UAE, my father has a business in the UAE, all utility bills and address is register to my father name.

I have an alternative option as well in the proof of address option.
this option is to add a bank account, but not from the United Arab Emirates.

bank account has to be from the United States, at first, I decided to add Payoneer bank account, but after research I found that they do not accept Payoneer bank anymore.

I don, t have any way to prove the address verification.
i am looking to add US bank account.

I am thinking to order VBA from the above thread, can anyone tell me that VBA work for usa bank account? I mean first paypal send two verification code, and then they try to get this amount back as well.

those VBA have the option to send the amount back to PayPal as well?

can someone please guide me what to do?
