Other people cant send me funds

How to get others to send funds to me, when they dont have a paypal account? They have tried and they are getting the message please use another card as this payment method will not work for paypal. Some have tried multiple cards and none of them go through. It is a recent stealth paypal that was created could this be the reason it wont let me?

It could be your account or it could well be their accounts

Are they trying to send you money from long standing PayPal accounts or are their PayPal accounts also very new?

A few people where able to send me money with their paypal accounts, but the ones that do not have paypal accounts are unable to.

Ok, so they would be using the guest feature then to make the payments

If you verify your PayPal account after a few weeks you should be able to take payment from them
