Mar. 10, 2009: Our system detected an unusual use of funds from a bank account linked to your PayPal account.


They didn't list any steps to remove limitation, what do I do?

Have you signed into your paypal account and checked? On the (R) side there is a box, look at that. Check your messages as well.
