Help payal limited my account weird reason..
PAYPAL WROTE ME THIS TODAY AND WEIRD THING IS I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE...........(Also I have no claims, nothing..100% Fb and the PP rep said she dont know why, there are no red flags on her screen she said it could be an error and sends it to the appeals) Anyone ever had this problem, if so what happened?
