I started a new topic in the other section asking this somewhat same question. But you don't have to verify paypal acct. Maybe some1 more experienced would be able to give you the right direction but for me my TM togo worked for the last month or so and still going. As I recall, Tracs and all PP fones were all banned, but I guess things changed.
