 SSN Issue
I was limited by paypal after selling a item. I just logged in and was limited. I called up paypal and asked what was going on. Paypal said they limited me because they could not get ahold of the buyer or myself at the time of the transaction. They were asking for Invoice, Shipping and SSN. I told them the buyer would be picking the item up and they said that was fine, all they had to do was call when the item was being picked up. As for the invoice, I got the phone as a present for christmas and they cleared that up so that wasnt a problem. Then I told them that I do not give out my SSN and do not feel comfortable with them having it. They told me there was no way around it. So I told them since they wont unlimit me, to refund the money. They did so and yes I am still limited. Is there anyway around this. If so, can you please help me.......And if we do get around the SSN, and I recieve another payment, will I be limited again. Please help
