Default Mc011!! Help!!

Hey guys, I received this from ebay a couple of days ago..

Hello xxx,

A review of your eBay account has raised some concern that your use of services may not meet the guidelines in eBay's User Agreement. As a result, we've taken the following action on your account:
- Selling privileges have been temporarily restricted. You won't be able to list new items or revise current listings. You're also not allowed to register a new account.
- Some or all of your listings may have been removed. Any removed items will be listed further down in this email.
- We have credited all associated fees except for the final value fee for your listing(s).

To appeal this restriction, you'll need to:
- Provide proof of delivery for all of the items sold on your eBay account.
-- The easiest way to do this is to submit tracking numbers for each of the items posted. This will help show buyers more of your selling history and will also allow us to confirm that your items have been posted. To upload tracking, please visit the adding tracking information page: http://pages.ebay.com/help/pay/upload-tracking.html
-- You can also verify delivery by providing the feedback you have received from buyers.
Upload the information we've listed below to:
https://ocs.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...RiskManagement

-- Important --
Make sure that your name and username appear on each document that you submit. If this information isn't included, it can't be processed. Also, please be sure your submitted documents are current, valid, and legible.

Here's the information you need to submit:
-- A readable copy of your driver's license, front *and* back, or other government-issued ID.
-- A copy of a recent credit card statement, bank statement, or utility bill. Your name and billing address should be visible, and consistent with the information registered to your eBay account.
-- Documentation (including manufacturer's invoices or receipts) that shows that you purchased the item(s) recently listed for sale on eBay.all items- Address any outstanding concerns from buyers who have opened cases against you through eBay or PayPal.

eBay
-- Visit the eBay Resolution Center: http://resolutioncenter.ebay.com
-- You may need to sign into your eBay account before proceeding. In the Resolution Center you will find information on resolving problems with your buyer.

PayPal
-- To resolve your PayPal dispute or case, log into your PayPal account and click Resolution Center at the top of the page.
-- You can view the status of any open dispute or claim from here.

Once these requirements have been met, please reply to this email and we'll begin the appeal process. Also, please be aware that we may ask you to provide additional information to appeal this restriction.
Here are the listings we removed:
xxx
xxx
xxx
xxx
xxx

We appreciate your cooperation in resolving this matter as quickly as possible. We look forward to working with you to restore your selling privileges.
Thanks,

eBay

Currently I am at 846 feedback at 98.2%, have been a Top Rated seller with around $25,000 in sales. Currently, I am at below standard for a little less than a month because my late shipment rate is too high(lost packages) and cases resolved without seller resolution exceeded the limit also. This account is under my sister's name who lives in San Francisco(I was banned). I have been selling generic memory cards but then started selling my company's own brand of cards. Many, many requests have been opened for lost items since USPS has been losing my packages and that may be the reason why ebay has sent me this message. I spoke with a worker at the post office and she believes it is due to my packaging(flimsy nonpadded poly envelopes). She advised me to switch over to padded envelopes to resolve the problem. As for the documents, my sister has opened a credit card at her new address that matches the one registered with ebay but her driver's license is still at my address(banned address). There are manufacturer invoices but they have been made under my name, sent to this address and to San Diego(where I attend school). Maybe I am able to ask my supplier to make one up?

I am running two accounts under her name and a day after receiving the MC011, I received this on the same account..

Hi xxx

It looks like your xxx account is associated with another account, xxx, which is currently restricted on eBay. As a result, we’ve restricted the xxx account until you can resolve our concerns.

Be sure to sign in with xxx. That will make it easier for us to help you out.

Thanks,

We hope to hear from you soon.

PLEASE, what options do I have! What are my chances of being reinstated and not have my account banned :c

It sounds like your chances of being reinstated are very slim. Your option moving forward would be to switch to stealth accounts and slowly start building them up.

You could spend your time and resources obtaining all the paperwork they want if you think it's worth it. But honestly with a below standard account at 98.2 I would just move on.

The 2nd account was linked because the first account got into trouble. You can run accounts with matching info successfully for years. But as soon as one goes down the other is linked and goes down also. This is one of the benefits of using stealth accounts.

Were the memory cards phake? I don't see why your feedback would be so low on a high turnover account if all your merchandise was up to par. I've been burned on phake memory cards before. Bought a 128gig which was actually an 8gig. I was mad.

I agree with Phazor. Cheap chinese ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ****. But if it was me turn ya sis info in...worst they can do is not reinstate. Not losing anything but a few mins of time uploading docs.

2 since you selling small easily lost items, take a tip from me. Put memory card in a bag. Tape the ever loving god out of bag to a piece of cardboard. Or fold the cardboard with memory card inside, taped shut to seal it. Then insert into into mail and ship. Never will lose one. In years I never got a bad feedback for using or overdoing packaging.....LOL!

:
Why would you suggest this?

How do you even know the OP had permission to use his sister's name.

So you suggest dobbing her in just for his own ends.

Nice..... NOT.

Purpose of this forum is to help users unfairly treated, not dob anyone to score points.

Whelp I had the same type of limitation late 2015... long story short a LOT of customers didn't get their items, and I had 600-800 'item not received' cases opened against me in 1 month. (Note: none of the cases went to eBay for a final decision, I refunded all of them before they could contact CS)

Before I got in touch with eB and gave them the information they wanted, I took care of all complaining customers and even shipped out the customers whom I refunded (cost me quite a bit), I strongly feel because I went this extra mile and left most buyers with a happy experience, eB gave me another chance in what most would consider a death sentence. This account is still alive and working extremely strong.

So I wouldn't say you're 100% finished, but you'll have to weigh how much you're willing to do to try to save that account (with absolutely no guarantees).

Wow, that's incredible. Some Ebay rep must have come into work high if they reinstated an account with 800 cases in one month.

That's cool to hear though Mitsu. Just proves that Ebay actually does look out for sellers who've proven themselves.

Mitsu,

You are to be commended for the serious amount of work you undertook to get customers sorted so well.

Well done for stepping up and handling your issues in such a professional manner.
You surely deserved to get the restoration.

Nice one!

Hey phazorz, it is honestly worth it because this is the only account I have. I have tried running stealth previously but it took a bit too long to build up, maybe I would have to learn the process over again and perfect it. No, these are only a couple of gb's not the 128gbs. There isn't much money to be made but the extra money does help out. The reason for low feedback was because the customers did not receive their order.

Jeanbean, thanks for the tip! I ended up stuffing newspaper into the poly envelopes to bulk it up a bit. Will stop being cheap and start purchasing padded envelopes!

I have permission to use my sisters name! She knows everything that goes on and is very supportive of me actually. I would never do this without her knowledge.

Mitsu, WOW that amount is ridiculous.. I do not have that many cases opened against me a month but did receive a few that contacted CS because I missed them accidentally. With all the complaining customers, I send them an order again and make sure that they are satisfied. Besides sending the the drivers license, manufacturer documents and credit card statements, was there anything else that you sent them? Maybe screenshots of replacements, messages that show proof of satisfied customers, or anything else? Any advice from you will be great. Thank you!
