Is PayPal down for anyone else. I cant hit the homepage or any other page.

Lol for Lol aspkin. This has been a bad night for me... if everyone took their money out of paypal at once everyone would get limited, so I guess paypal's not a bank. Imagine if they were we'd actually have rights... my last question before I sign off for the night is do the cayman islands have federal laws?
