Royal Mail Click & Drop

I use RM Click & Drop on my Amazon account, down loading details & producing bar coded labels.
I'd like to use the same account on a stealth eBay account, which obviously has a different address but don't know if there is a problem with this.
Is there a chance that eBay can link the details of the RM account to an old banned eBay account with the same name & address.
Any update or info apperciated
