Problem with buyer & paypal
I had a buyer who recived a package form my supplier(item was sent via EMS..which HAS to be signed for).The buyer opens up an Item Not Recived Dispute against...
So I call the buyer and the buyer says that they are having problems with the item which is why the opened the item not dispute(why would you open an item not recived dispute...??)
Anyways..I check the tracking and it still says arrived at pickup unit!
Now keep in mind the buyer has confirmed specifics about the item to me..That ONLY the buyer would know.After calling the local post office they confirmed they do NOT have the item on-hand and the buyer has somehow slipped the package out of the post office without signing for it nor checking ti through a computer...
Which means PayPal will award the buyer back their money..
Anyone have any advice..?The buyer is non-responsive and his/her Post Master is SUPPOSEDLY contacting him/her

After checking my email the buyer contacted PayPal and confirmed delivery ...Maybe evryone isnt bad...hmm
