PAYPAL says no business account for you!

Not sure what is going on here, I am almost at 200 transaction limit , PAYPAL wants SSN or EIN . I have an EIN but it is not allowing me the option says I can't have a business account because my account is limited. Any suggestions welcomed.

What are they asking to move the limitation, just your ssn?

I'm pretty confused a this point. They are telling me they won't accept EIN, only SSN, but the other option they give me is create a new account with a different email address
