Yes you need to either way for it to be released or to phone and ask for it to be released

weird always payment was cleared after 21 days but now.. there is system bugs ? or what?

That happen to me a few days ago i just emailed them an money was released 14 hours later.

Happened to me on 2 accounts, i contacted them on the message centre on paypal and they released all of them within 24 hours.

Apparently they had a glich. issue a while ago with releasing funds.
