PP dispute
1) Customer lost dispute at Ebay, opened same dispute at PayPal, and won it. Isn't it against their policies of double dispute?
2) Customer claimed "not received", tracking info proving delivery to his PDO and then not picked up by the customer proved by tracking info and a photo of receipt. Still winning the case How come? Looks like I can buy something, then change my mind and and claim that I never received the item, and get my money back, and seller will loose shipping costs... nice way of not paying shipping costs if "changed my mind"...
