I already have a PP account but is it possible to buy the ebay account seperately and link it to the PP myself? I have no experience with this

Welcome to the forums - this pp account has NEVER been used with eb? You need eb account to be in same details.

Thank you! The PayPal account has never been used with ebay before. Can I buy an ebay account with high limits and change the details so it matches the paypal details and than link it?

You can, but there is always a risk when you change all the eBay details you would get hit with a eBay limitation so be a bit careful with that

Its best to talk to the seller to see what they advise
