change suspended etsy account

Hi
I have a big trouble now and need your advice.
I used to make multiple etsy accounts when I was newbie. Now just 1 shop is running.
Today I accidentally realize that an old account with the same credit card with my current account was suspended for overdue bill.
It turns out that my sister used my old account for short business and ended it in January 2016.
I am in dilemma now.
If I don't pay that bill I fear that someday they close my current shop for relation.
If I change the credit card of old account and pay the bill, will etsy notice me and still have information of my old card, and close my current shop?

if you burn them and they can link your accounts, everything is going down, just the same as EB and PP.
