Need your confirmation

Hi everyone,
I read the stealth guide several times, and almost already to create new safe accounts. I have some doubts about 2-3 questions. Please, can you help me.

1) I have one pre 11/07 ebay account. He had my real name and was originally a french account. When I remembered it, I change all details and use it on the second pc i have. To verify it's not linked with my other suspended accounts, I bid on it since 2 weeks. If I can bid, does it mean it's a safe account ? I'd like to be sure before link it with a new safe pp account and not burn a new bank account details.

2) If I have all well understood, I can open a pp account with a real bank account details with false ID. Paypal can't find my real id with the banking details i give, doesn't it ?

3) I took VPN services with a dynamic ip (with 8 shared ip). So, when I'll log in ebay, will i be suspended if it's not the same ip each time I connect ?
I'll try with madvpn.com that looks good. Does anybody knows them ?

I need your experience to confirm I can go ahead in this way.

1) Most times even if an account is linked you can still buy off it, most of the time anyway. But once you get ready to sell it gets shut down. Do once you sell your first item or two and your account is still there, then you can say it's safe.

2) You can use any bank account as long as you have never used it with another PayPal account. Most banks don't care about the name, there are only a couple that do.

3) No, people change ips all the time, no issue there. I'm don't know about madvpn, but I do know blacklogic is okay.
