You should start with small amounts and slowly (wait a few days after receiving the payments before withdrawing, and wait a few days before making the next withdrawal). You need to build a certain level of "trust" with PayPal.

And you can never guarantee"without any comebacks". This also would depend on how you are receiving funds not only how you are withdrawing.

The key here is to go slowly with new accounts...

Thank you for your answer.
I am aware of your suggestions.
However, I am looking for a stealth way to extract the funds from paypal into some kind of account where I can easily and efficiently cash out.
An account type, that does not have any limitations to it whether that would be an AC or a VCC and if so, then which specific one/brand/company to use etc.

Only way to withdraw money from a UK paypal is by having a UK bank account in your own name.

Don't deal with USA, so can't really give an answer. however, if you are struggling with bank accounts.

European accounts accept withdrawal by VCC, but I'm only just venturing into European accounts so I'm no expert on them just yet.

Sounds pretty fishy - you need to withdraw to bank account slowly...

One other question then;
do you know if PP has a limit on a brand new buyers eBay and PP account when they make their first purchase? eg is there a limit that PP will allow you to spend on your first purchase?
if so do you know what it maybe for UK and US ones?

Strange question to ask.

Are you hit and running accounts?

no I am not.

I have several stealth ones but need to put 2 of them in to action so as I can use them for items that I have up for sale and just want to rapidly inflate the price up as well as to rank items through buying multiples.
the items I have up are quite expensive so hence knowing the threshold value is important so as not to set of any triggers

There isn't any limits really. But.. Paypal's robots more then likely will flag first-time high-value transactions.

yes this is what has happened on one of them, hence why I need to know the threshhold, which there does seem to be one, but the question is what is the value of that threshold

The only reason Paypal limited it was because the robots thought it was suspicious.

I bet there is no exact limit to what you can accept. If there is, then the only people going to know that is the ones that are employees of PayPal.

Doubt any tom dick or harry from internet forums will know.
I think your going to struggle getting a concrete answer for that question.
