Tried withdrawing to Credit Card and I get an error: You cannot complete this transaction at this time. Whats going on? What could be the reason because as far as I know you can withdraw to a credit card

Its a prepaid card and I have looked at all its terms and conditions and it does not say I can not use foreign currency or I am not able to withdraw from it.
I only just added the card and tried to withdraw to test if it will work and it is a small amount like 10 euro.
This is the first time I am trying to withdraw and see how it works using a paypal from a different country.
I am confused why its not working. So much time and money put in to use but now this..
Does it need to be confirmed - the Credit Card
Is that the reason why I possibly couldn't withdraw?
Not sure if it's mandatory to verify the card before you can withdraw to it (I always verify all my cards before trying to withdraw) so verifying your card would be a good move.
(I had a similar problem before, I added a second card to one of my PayPal accounts, verified it and tried to withdraw just after successfully verifying it but it's wasn't possible (btw, I have made many successful withdrawals to the first card before). I waited a few days and it worked and was able to withdraw the the second card as well without any issue).
So, Verify the card and wait 2-3 days then try again. I believe it will work
Joining the guys above. Two solutions:
1) wait 1-2 weeks after the card is added (slow and not so effective)
2) call PP, and ask them to allow you to withdraw (fast and reliable)
