Hi everyone I wanted to create a thread thats strictly about the methods paypal uses to link new accounts with perviously linked accounts:
I will share my experience and maybe others can add so we can prevent it in the future (sorry if this thread has already been created).
A) Obviously name and address
B) Ip Address
C) Web Browser Cookies
D) Phone number
E) Banking information
F) SSN
Thats all i can think of, if any of that information is the same as your previous limited account, then you risk being linked. If anyone has any unique links they can share it would be appreciated.
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
How about using new PayPal with an old Ebay ID that has 1800+ feedback and original, but abandoned PayPal because of bunch of problems with it? There was a post about this on forum. I think this would link it to your "bad" first PayPal even if you had all new, different info on new PayPal....This Ebay account is a link here, actually auctions coming from it.. right?

I'm abandoning my current ebay account that has 1100 feedback at 99.9% and 4.9 dsrs on everything , because, i know for a fact they will link it on my new paypal account.
I think the concept is bad paypal = forget your ebay account (both gotta be restarted). Just the way the cookie crumbles.
