Will one time payment link to my old account?

I need to pay for my Ebay selling fee soon. I am wondering if I can use one time payment with debit card option. I think my debit card is attached to limited PayPal account. But is it still ok if I use that debit card to pay for selling fee? I am scared of using PayPal because the name of Ebay and PayPal are not match. Any suggestions please!

The best & safest option would be using a preloaded VCC/GiftCard to pay your eBay fees.

There are many ways to pay ebay fees using the 'one time' options. You can easily make a vcc online and fund it then use that 'one time' option to pay for fees.
